Engineering is the utilization of scientific, mathematics, social,
economic and practical knowledge to research, design, invent, build, and
maintain tools, processes, systems, solutions, structures, machines,
organizations, materials, and components.
Engineering is considered as
the world’s second best profession. The course of engineering is enormously
broad and it covers a series of additional branches of engineering. Every
engineering field focuses on specific components of technology, applied science,
and different kinds of their application.
Engineering has distinguished
branches and these are
1. Chemical
Engineering
2. Civil
Engineering
3. Electrical
Engineering
4. Mechanical
Engineering
5. Software
Engineering
6. Systems
Engineering
These Branches are further
sub-divided into branches. For instance, Biomolecular engineering is the
sub-discipline of Chemical Engineering and in the same way, Environmental
engineering comes under Civil Engineering.
There are numerous engineering
institutions that offer different types of engineering courses for boys and
girls. Some institutes also offer Masters and PhD courses in engineering.
